I2E Entrepreneurs’ Cup Event Video Production

For the past several years, VGM Visual Storytelling has partnered with i2E to provide event video production, photography, motion graphics, and creative visuals for the Entrepreneur’s Cup, a statewide collegiate business plan and pitch competition celebrating Oklahoma’s emerging entrepreneurs.
Our video production process begins at the live pitch competition, where our photo and video crew captures students presenting their business ideas to judges. Through event videography, professional photography, and intentional B-roll coverage, we document the energy and experience of competition day.
We also conduct professional multi-camera interviews with participants using a controlled green screen production setup. From there, our team moves into an accelerated post-production process, transforming the footage into professionally edited videos, motion graphics, animated slides, and visual assets for the Entrepreneur’s Cup Awards Dinner.
With an approximately two week turnaround, our role goes far beyond event coverage. From the pitch room to the awards stage, we help i2E create a cohesive visual experience that celebrates innovation and Oklahoma’s next generation of entrepreneurs.
