At VGM Visual Storytelling, we may be based in Oklahoma City, but our reach extends across the entire United States. This was evident in our partnership with Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, a private Catholic institution in Chicago, where we had the privilege of producing a series of videos to spotlight their life-changing mission. Cristo Rey’s unique approach combines rigorous academics with an innovative corporate work-study program, empowering students to gain real-world experience while preparing for college. Our week-long production brought us to Chicago, capturing the inspiring stories of students, families, and corporate partners, including a standout feature on Lizette, a student whose journey epitomizes resilience and opportunity.

Traveling to Chicago for this project allowed us to showcase our dedication to telling stories that matter, particularly in the field of education—whether public, private, or higher education. Equipped with professional-grade gear, including Sony FX3 cameras and cinema lenses, we conducted nearly 20 interviews and filmed across multiple locations to deliver high-quality visuals and authentic storytelling. The videos premiered at Cristo Rey’s annual fundraiser, creating an emotional connection with attendees and helping the school secure critical donor contributions. The content has since been repurposed for recruitment efforts, attracting families inspired by the mission and values of the school.

This project not only highlighted our ability to bring visions to life but also earned us several prestigious accolades, including multiple Telly Awards. These awards underscore our commitment to excellence in video production and our ability to create content that drives real impact. Whether in Chicago or any other city in the U.S., we are passionate about traveling to meet our clients’ needs, especially when it comes to uplifting stories in education.
